Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next business day.

During busy periods, processing times may extend slightly, but we always work to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom Mainland only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Typical delivery times:

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or shows as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us at info@nadnutra.co.uk and we will assist you.

For missing parcels, we may need to open an investigation with the courier before issuing replacements or refunds.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before the order has been dispatched.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us with:

Photos of the packaging and product
A description of the issue

We will review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Shipping During Peak Periods

During high‑volume periods (Black Friday, Christmas, promotional events), delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.
